The Principal
As a principal of one of the highest lowest income schools in the state Dr. Hayes has learned what it takes to transform the adult culture and behavior in order to better serve the students and community. In the time as principal, Dr. Hayes and his staff have been sought out by similar schools for ideas and concepts on how to improve student behavior. In a few short years, his staff took the failing school and its students to one of the highest state rankings, all the while maintaining and building positive relationships and rapport with their students.
For years, as he help countless parents learn common sense methods of parenting best practices, Dr. Hayes did not understand why so many parents struggled. Having kids later in his life (38 years old) Jim soon realized the struggle was real. And and having a son with an official behavior special need (sensory processing disorder) only compounded their ability to raise their children the “proper way”.

His ever-growing and evolving team includes, social workers, child-psychologist, and family therapist that all share the same common vision.
